Cancelation Policy
I understand that the Hanover Swim Club may have to cancel practices from time to time due to pool closures, inclement weather, unavailable coaches, swim meets, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Further, I understand that the Hanover Swim Club is not obligated to reschedule or make up these practices and that refunds will not be provided.
Refund Policy
The Hanover Swim Club has a Refund Policy that details when refunds may be issued and important dates related to refunds. Please read the club's Registration Refund Policy. Important! The Hanover Swim Club offers financial flexibility with 10 equal installment payments charged on the 1st of every month. These are NOT monthly payments. As such, if a swimmer leaves after January 31st, the account holder is required to pay the remainder of the registration fee installment payments (ending June 1st). If installment payments are blocked, the club will consider actions such as a collection agency. Further, if a swimmers leavies after January 31st, all volunteer and officiating requirements must still be met or the account will be charged.
