Parent Group Managers (New for 2026–27)

Help build a strong, supportive team culture this season! We’re recruiting Parent Group Managers for each swim group and welcoming helpers across a few key areas.

Goal: strengthen day‑to‑day communication, build community, and take a bit of load off our coaches.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate a WhatsApp group for your swim group (coaches will also post here).

• Share timely updates from coaches and the board with families.

• Organize team‑building moments through the season (e.g., group dinners at meets; occasional non‑swim activities like bowling or a movie).

• (Optional) Look into group hotel options, but please note: Parent Group Managers are not responsible for booking hotel rooms for the team or families.

Perks & points

• Receive all 20 volunteer points for the season.

• No officiating requirement when serving as a Group Manager.
