🔹 Meet Format:

• 50m Long Course

• Timed Finals: All 12&U events; 13&O for 400/800/1500 FR, 400 IM, 50 FL/BK/BR, all relays

• Prelims & Finals: For most 13&O events

• Finals Structure:

  • A Finals for ages 13, 14, 15

  • 16&O: A & B Finals (if 20+ entries)

  • 19&O entries marked as exhibition (not eligible for finals or points)

Thursday, June 5 – Distance Session (Timed Finals)

• 🕝 Warm-up: 2:30 PM | 🏁 Start: 3:00 PM | 🕖 Finish: ~5:50pm

Friday, June 6

• 🕖 Prelims:Warm up 7:00–7:55 AM | Start: 8:00 AM

• 🕛 12&U Timed Finals:Warm up: 12:30| Start: 1:30pm Finish- 4:20pm

• 🌆 Finals:Warm up: 5:00-5:30pm PM | Start: 5:35pm

Saturday, June 7

• 🕖 PrelimsWarm up: 7:00–7:55 AM | Start: 8:00 AM  Finish 12:15pm

• 🕛 12&U Timed Finals:Warm up 12:30-1:25pm | Start: 1:30   Finish 5pm

• 🌆 Finals: 5:15–545 PM | Start: 5:50pm  Finish 8pm

Sunday, June 8 – All Timed Finals

• 🕖 Warm-up: 7:00-7:25pm| 🏁 Start: 8:00 AM | 🕛 Finish: ~12:30PM​

🔹 Event Structure:

• Distance Events:

  • 12&U 400 Free

  • Mixed 800 & 1500 Free
    (Timed Finals)

• 13&O Events:

  • Prelims and Finals for all 100m/200m events

  • 50s and long events as Timed Finals

  • Age-based A Finals (13, 14, 15), plus B Finals for 16&O with sufficient entries

• 12&U Events:

  • All Timed Finals

  • Includes 50s, 100s, 200s, IM, and relays

• Relays:

  • Mixed relays must be 2 boys & 2 girls

  • First leg of mixed relay is not eligible for official time

  • Swimmers must also be entered in individual events

🏅 Awards & Scoring:

• Individual Awards:

  • Medals for 1st–3rd, ribbons for 4th–8th

  • Age Groups: 10&U, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16&O

• Relay Awards:

  • 12&U and 13&O divisions

  • Medals for 1st place, ribbons for 2nd–3rd

• Scoring:

  • Individual: 20–9 points (Top 8)

  • Relay: 40–22 points (Top 8)

💡 Additional Notes:

• No NT (No Time) entries allowed

• Maximum of 8 individual & 3 relay entries per swimmer

• Open only to invited Huronia Region clubs

• No-shows and late scratches have no penalties

• Mixed-gender heats allowed under specific circumstances
